Zoals beloofd, hier het vervolg van mijn trip naar Barcelona. Naast de kleine, gezellige straatjes in El Born zijn er natuurlijk nog een aantal must see places in de stad. Eerst en vooral de befaamde Sagrada Familia kerk natuurlijk. Het gebouw, waar nog steeds aan gewerkt wordt, imponeert je meteen. Je kan er uren rondwandelen en nog niet alle prachtige en soms grappige details gezien hebben. Een ander alom bekend werk van Gaudi is het Parc Guell. Je herkent meteen de typische Gaudi-stijl. My boyfriend is een voetbalfanaat, dus een bezoekje aan Camp Nou konden we echt niet overslaan. Het stadion waar Messi & co spelen, is echt wel indrukwekkend. Vanuit de stoeltjes van de journalisten en verslaggevers heb je een prachtig zicht op het hele veld. Ga ook zeker eens naar The Magic Fountain kijken op Placa Espanya. De show start in de zomermaanden om 21 uur en rond 22 uur, wanneer het donker wordt, verandert de fontein in een heus lichtspektakel. Last but not least wil ik jullie dit topadresje meegeven: Ikibana op de Avenida Paralelo. Je eet er de beste sushi ooit!

As promised, part II of my trip to Barcelona. So, on the one hand, you have the narrow, cozy streets in El Born, but on the other hand, there are some other must see places in the city. Firstly, you have to visit the famous Sagrada Familia of course. The church is so impressive. You discover so many beautiful, sometimes funny details while walking around the building. Another famous work of Gaudi is Parc Guell. You recognize the typical Gaudi style immediately. My boyfriend is a huge football fan, so a visit to Camp Nou was a must do. The stadium, where Messi & co play, is really impressive as well. The Magic Fountain at Placa Espanya is another must see. The show starts at 9 pm and at 10 pm, the fountain transforms in a wonderful light spectacle. Last but not least, I want to share with you this top address: Ikibana at Avenida Paralelo. You will eat the best sushi ever here!
